Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta, born in Purbalingga on 12 November 1959. Mr. Priyatno has been serving as the Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (DNR Corporation) since 7 May 2021, and has now been appointed to serve as the President Commissioner at DNR Corporation effective from 16 June 2023.

Before joining the Company, Mr. Priyatno has held several strategic positions at the Police of the Republic of Indonesia, namely General Supervisory Inspector of Inspectorate General, Chief of Central Java Police Regional Office, Chief of Metro Jaya Police Regional Office, and Expert Staff for Social and Political Affairs.

He graduated from Police Academy of the Republic of Indonesia in 1982.

Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta, born in Tangerang on 27 July 1965. Mrs. Juliati Hadi has been serving as the Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (DNR Corporation) since 7 May 2021.

She also holds several Commissioner positions, namely PT Dos Ni Roha (2018 - present), PT Trinity Healthcare (2017 - present), PT Holistic Ventures (2019 – present) and PT Delta Dinar Harapan (2012 - present).

She obtained Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Azusa Pacific University, California, USA in 1988.

Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta, born in Magelang, Central Java on 28 August 1961. Mr. Mulyono has been serving as the Independent Commissioner of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (DNR Corporation) since 16 June 2023.

Mr. Mulyono is a retired high-ranking police officer with the rank of Inspector General of Police, a graduate of AKABRI Police in 1984, PTIK in 1990, School of Police Staf and Leadership of the Republic of Indonesia in 2000 and National Defense Agency of the Republic of Indonesia Lemhannas RI in 2010.

He has been trusted to carry out a number of strategic tasks, namely the First High-Ranking Police Representative to carry out duties as Executive Director of ASEAN Chiefs of National Police (ASEANAPOL) (2016 - 2018), served as United Nations Civilian Police in Cambodia (1993), Yugoslavia (1995), and Croatia (1997), led Hostage Liberation Operations in the Asiki Merauke area (2001), became an Elite Unit of the Mobile Brigade Corps as Platoon Commander, Company Commander, and Wadan Subden Gegana of Kelapa Dua Police Brimob Corps (1984 - 1990).

Mr. Rudy Tanoesoedibjo holds the title of President Director of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (DNR Corporation) with years of professional experience in various industries. In the media sector, he has led MNC SkyVision and turned it into the largest Direct To Home (DTH) operator in Indonesia. In the supply chain sector, he has transformed and revived DNR Corporation into the leading offline and online supply chain provider in Indonesia.

He obtained Master Degree in Business Administration from University of San Fransisco, USA in 1989.

Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Jakarta, born in Jakarta on 22 August 1991. Mr. Gary Tanoesoedibjo has been serving as Director of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (DNR Corporation) since 7 May 2021.

He started his career in 2017 as the Commissioner of PT Laniros Dian Pharma and has been leading the company as the President Director since 2021. He succeeded in turning the company as one of the largest medical device companies with superior products. In 2018, capturing the potential of e-commerce business in Indonesia, he founded PT StoreSend E-Logistics Indonesia (StoreSend Indonesia), a joint venture between DNR Distribution and StoreSend Malaysia. Under his leadership, StoreSend Indonesia was trusted by BULOG to be its exclusive partner in creating iPanganandotcom, the first national-scale Hyper-Local concept in the country that provides food commodities at affordable prices. StoreSend Indonesia now serves the top 6 e-commerce companies in Indonesia.

He obtained Master Degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, USA in 2015.

Indonesian citizen, domiciled in Tangerang, born in Tarutung, North Sumatera on 11 September 1966. Mrs. Situmeang has been serving as Director of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (DNR Corporation) since 16 June 2023.

Currently, she also serves as Director at PT Dosni Roha Logistik (DNR Logistics), one of subsidiaries of DNR Corporation operating in logistic sector.

She has a strong expertise and leadership in business operation, finance and accounting.

Before joining DNR Corporation, she has held a number of strategic positions in a number of leading Indonesian companies, namely Director of Technical Operations & Project Infrastructure (FTTH Network Rollout) at MNC Play (2021 - 2022), Director of Technical Operations (DTH) & Project Infrastructure (FTTH Network Rollout) (2017 - 2021), Director of Business Operations (2015 - 2017), Director of Subscribers Management (2009 - 2015) and General Manager of Finance & Accounting (1997 - 2009) at MNC Sky Vision.

She obtained Bachelor Arts Degree in Accounting from the University of North Sumatra, Indonesia in 1991.
