Expanding Distribution Network, PT Martina Berto Tbk Establishes Business Cooperation with PT Dos Ni RohaThu, 07 Jul 2022
Jakarta (7/7) - To increase business growth and strengthen the distribution of its products in the General Trade channel, in mid-2022 Martha Tilaar Group as a leading cosmetic, skin care and herbal manufacturer in Indonesia, through its business unit, PT Martina Berto Tbk (MBTO) established a distribution partnership with PT Dos Ni Roha (DNR) which is a subsidiary of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (DNR Corporation). Both companies are big names with decades of experience in their respective fields. PT Dos Ni Roha gained this trust from its good track record as a leading distribution and logistics service provider in Indonesia for online and offline retail. Today, July 7, 2022 at Satrio Tower, Jakarta, the agreement is confirmed through the signing of the cooperation agreement by each company's leaders, Gary Tanoesoedibjo as the proxy of Rudijanto Tanoesoedibjo, President Director of PT Dos Ni Roha, who is also the Director of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk and Commissioner of PT Dos Ni Roha, and Bryan Tilaar as the President Director of PT Martina Berto Tbk, also witnessed by Kilala Tilaar, CEO of Martha Tilaar Group. In this collaboration, some of PT Martina Berto Tbk's flagship products such as Sariayu Martha Tilaar, Biokos Martha Tilaar, Caring Colors Martha Tilaar, Belia Martha Tilaar and Rudy Hadisuwarno Cosmetics, will be distributed by DNR through its distribution network which includes 32 branches, 14 depots, 61 sub distributors with more than 400.000 potential outlets spread in 463 cities throughout Indonesia targeting General Trade segmentation. PT Martina Berto Tbk is optimistic that DNR's distribution network and reach can help PT Martina Berto Tbk's products to be distributed more evenly and easily reached by consumers. In addition, DNR as an experienced distributor since 1963 is supported by supply chain management system, inventory control and sales data that is well integrated online from warehouse to customer, so the data needed can be known in real time. This strategic partnership between PT Martina Berto Tbk and DNR is aiming for 135 billion business potential in the first year. PT Martina Berto Tbk targets its product distribution growth in general trade 65% on average in Semester 2 in 2022.
