The First Step to Good Synergy

A step begins with a part that begins to achieve future goals. In this case, a series begins in the new year for a new spirit of achievement. On this occasion, DNR Corporation conducted a series of National Work Meeting (Rakernas) activities. This Rakernas is one of the activities carried out by DNR Corporation to achieve good synergy in 2021.

This year, DNR Corporation raised a theme which is very important to maintain an existing synergy, DNR raised the theme of the Rakernas in 2021 entitled "Growing Through Strategy". The theme was indeed chosen as an important part considering the increasing challenges that will be faced by corporations in 2021.

Officially Opened by DNR President Director

At this Rakernas activity held by DNR, it was attended by all directors, commissioners, managers, and branch heads from DNR spread throughout the country. This event has become one of the biggest activities carried out by DNR Corporation in 2021.

Furthermore, on this occasion, Mr. Bambang Rudy Tanoesoedibjo as President Director of DNR Corporation officially opened the Rakernas event which was held in the Kemanggisan area, West Jakarta. In addition, the head of DNR himself also provided direction and input to the Rakernas participants.

"In 2021, it is a very appropriate part to start a new step to be able to create a glorious success in this new year," said Mr. Rudy Tanoesoedbjo at this rakernas event.

Not only that, the head of DNR Corporation also said that the future challenges that will be faced by the company to achieve the targets set in 2021. Along with the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, pandemic-oriented activities are a hope that can be done to achieve the goals for the company itself.

"Along with the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak that exists in the activities of sustainability in the community, of course this can be a good enough opportunity for all of us to rise and gain promising success in this uncertain situation," said the head of DNR Corporation.

A Good Balance Sheet is Needed for Target Achievement

In line with this, the Group CFO of DNR Corporation, Mr. Paulus Lo, also stated that in 2021 a good synergy is needed in order to achieve the best and maintained financial company balance sheet figures.  The finance department itself is important in the sustainability of the existing company in order to maintain the company's activities to be healthy and avoid financial problems itself.

"It is necessary to maintain the company's balance sheet and also improve sales performance in order to meet the financial figures of the company in order to survive the pandemic outbreak and develop the company in 2021," said the Finance Director of DNR Corporation.

Of course, the rakernas activity with the theme "Growing Through Synergy" can provide a good synergy in order to achieve brilliant success in 2021. With good synergy, the targets to be achieved are not just a dream made in this new year.
