JAKARTA, June 28, 2024 - PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (DNR Corporation) has taken a number of strategic business steps to encourage the growth and sustainability of the company's business. In line with the theme of DNR Corporation's Annual Report, "Renew, Revitalize, and Rise: Navigating Forward through Growth and Sustainability" presented at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for Fiscal Year 2023 on Friday (28/06/2024), the Board of Directors reported that DNR Corporation successfully aligned its core business as a Supply Chain solution company and carried out corporate restructuring. In 2023, the Company successfully divested shares in 3 subsidiaries namely PT Zebra Energy, PT Surabaya Arthautama Bersama, and PT Infiniti Sentra Data to PT Infiniti Wahana so that DNR Corporation can focus more on business development and business opportunities.

In addition, DNR Corporation also analyzed the company's fundamentals and made several internal improvements, namely improvements to business processes and work targets, efficiency at the head office and branches, improving synergies between subsidiaries, and analyzing and controlling the productivity output of human resources, business lines, and vendors. Not only improvements, but optimization is also carried out on infrastructure, where DNR Corporation maximizes the warehouses owned by DNR Distribution for business development of subsidiaries.

Through a number of improvements and optimizations made in 2023, Management hopes that 2024 can be the starting point of DNR Corporation's revival.

Financially, as of December 31, 2023, the Company recorded sales of Rp1.724 trillion, gross profit of Rp356.102 billion and assets of Rp3.283 trillion. In terms of share listing, the number of shares of the Company as of December 31, 2023 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange was 2,510,706,263 shares. The volume of shares traded in the regular market was 53,002,500 shares with prices ranging from Rp440 to Rp550 per share.

In terms of operations, DNR Corporation renewed its competence in the supply chain field as shown by the acquisition of a number of certifications, including CDAKB (Good Medical Device Distribution Method) from the Indonesian Ministry of Health, ISO 9001: 2015 from SGS and BSI, SNI ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and SNI ISO 9001:2015 from GSI, and Shopee Certified Enablers Program Q1 - Q3 2023.
