RUPST PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk Fiscal Year 2022: Rebranding and Long-term Timber Transportation Contracts Among Performance Highlights in 2022Tue, 20 Jun 2023
JAKARTA - June 16, 2023, the Company Management reported a number of PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (DNR Corporation)'s performance in 2022, including the rebranding program and long-term timber transportation cooperation contracts on the islands of Sumatra and Kalimantan. This was conveyed by Rudy Tanoesoedibjo, President Director of DNR Corporation at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2022 Financial Year themed "Navigating Unprecedented Challenges Together" held at Satrio Tower Lt. 16, Jakarta, Friday (16/6).
Rebranding activities that have been carried out in 2022 include changing the name of the Company from PT Zebra Nusantara Tbk to PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (DNR Corporation), as well as changing the logos of its subsidiaries, namely PT Dos Ni Roha (DNR Distribution), PT Dosni Roha Logistics (DNR Logistics) and PT Bisnis Integrasi Global (BIG). This rebranding program aims to rejuvenate the company's identity which is now more dynamic, modern and adaptive to business dynamics and technological developments. In addition, the Company through its subsidiary engaged in logistics has successfully secured long-term cooperation contracts for timber transportation with 2 major companies in the timber industry in Indonesia, namely PT Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper (RAPP) Group in Riau province and PT ITCI Hutani Manunggal (IHM) in East Kalimantan province. For the implementation of this project, the Company invested a total of 450 units of tronton trucks in stages from 2022 to 2024. From a financial perspective, as of December 31, 2022, the Company recorded sales of Rp2.958 trillion, gross profit of Rp350.86 billion and assets of Rp3.156 trillion. In terms of share listing, the number of shares of the Company as of December 31, 2022 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange was 2,510,706,263 shares. The volume of shares traded in the regular market was 6,910,000 shares with prices ranging from Rp530 to Rp800 per share. "In 2023, the Company successfully navigated the business direction to overcome various business challenges thanks to the cooperation between Management and all employees in each business line and business unit, thus becoming milestones that can encourage better business growth in 2023", said Rudy Tanoesoedibjo, President Director of DNR Corporation. The DNR Corporation AGM this time also discussed the joining of Salvona Tumonggor Sitomeang as Director of the Company replacing Mr. Herry, so that the composition of the Board of Directors as of June 16, 2023 consists of President Director Rudy Tanoesoedibjo, Director Gary Tanoesoedibjo and Salvona T. Sitomeang. In addition, Inspector General of Police (Ret.) Agus Mulyono also joined as an Independent Commissioner of the Company, making the composition of the Board of Commissioners as President Commissioner Komjen Pol (Ret.) Dwi Priyatno, Independent Commissioner Inspector General of Police (Ret.) Agus Mulyono and Commissioner Juliati Hadi.
